Starting on May 6, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., exhibitors can pick up their badges from the EUROEXPO Information Office, within the ROMEXPO ASSISTANCE OFFICE B3 Hall.

SETTING UP PERIOD (May 6 –  11, 2026)

• May 6 – 11, 2026, is the period for the construction of the own stands, access is allowed (free) between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., at gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1)
• May 10 – 11, 2026, are the days for setting up the stands built with ROMEXPO, access is allowed (free) between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

EXHIBITION PERIOD (May 12 – 15, 2026)

• During the fair, access to the parking lot will be at Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1).

PRESENCE AT THE STAND

Exhibitors must be present at the stand during the exhibition/visiting schedule.

• May 12 – 14, 2026, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• May 15, 2026, between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m

DISMANTLING THE STAND / RELEASE OF EXHIBITION SPACE (May 15 – 18, 2026)

• May 15, 2026, between 4.30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• May 16 – 18, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

ACCESS TO EXHIBITORS

• Car access for exhibitors: May 12-14, 2026 at gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) of the Romexpo Complex, in the parking lot intended for them, between 08:30-17:30 and on  May 15, 2026 between 08:30-20:00.
• Pedestrian access for exhibitors:  May 12 – 14, 2026 at gates B (Bd. Expoziţiei no. 4), E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) based on the exhibitor badge, between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and on May 15, 2026 between 8:30 a.m -8:00 p.m.
