127 Profil Construct Expert SRL este o societate comerciala cu capital integral romanesc, infiintata in anul 2008, cu sediul in Oradea, jud. Bihor, Romania. De 15 ani ne desfasuram activitatea pe piata industriala din Romania, oferind scule aschietoare si servicii conexe firmelor din domeniul prelucrarilor metalice prin aschiere. Activitatea principala a firmei noastre este comercializarea sculelor aschietoare, tehnologiilor si masinilor-unelte cu un inalt grad de performanta in prelucrarea metalelor. Datorita nevoilor tehnologice diversificate, din anul 2013 am inceput inca doua activitati: o activitate de reascutire si acoperire, si o activitate de productie de scule speciale la tema, unice prin design si realizare. In cadrul METALSHOW & TIB vom prezenta impreuna cu BOEHLERIT urmatoarele produse: program frezare (corpuri de frezat la 45 grade sau 90 grade), program strunjire (strunjire interioara si exterioara), noul sistem Quattrotec (o unealta multifunctionala ce permite o foarte buna economisire a timpului deoarece executa operatii de gaurire, strunjire interioara si exterioara, si sanfrenare), bare de carbura (pentru prelucrarea diferitelor tipuri demateriale: otțel, inox, aluminiu, fonta si materiale exotice), produse din gama heavy-duty (decojire tevi, procesare tuburi, prelucrare arbori cotiti), precum si o serie de scule speciale, realizate la tema, sub brand-ul PCE TOOLS (burghie combinate, alezoare speciale, freze profilate si freze pentru lemn). Profil Construct Expert SRL is a commercial company with 100% Romanian capital which started its activity in 2008, in the city of Oradea, Bihor county, Romania. For 15 years we have conducted our activity on the industrial market of Romania, offering cutting tools, accessories and related services for them. The main activity of our company is the distribution of cutting tools, technologies and machines with a high degree of precision in metalworking. Due to the highly diversified technological needs, in 2013 we started two new activities: a regrinding and coating activity and a production activity of customized cutting tools, unique in design and execution. At the exhibition METALSHOW & TIB, together with BOEHLERIT, we are going to present the following tools: milling program (milling cutters at 45 degrees and 90 degrees), turning program (internal and external turning), new Quattrotec system (a multifunctional tool which allows a significant time saving due to no tool change - drilling, internal and external turning and boring applications), carbide rods (for machining different types of materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, cast-iron and exotic materials), heavy- duty products (bar peeling, tube processing, tube scarfing), and also a series of customized tools (PCE TOOLS brand): step drills, special reamers, mills for wood and profiled milling.
