24 In paleta expozantilor Metal Show-TIB, compania noastra promoveaza un metal care din momentul descoperirii lui pana in zilele noastre a dat posibilitatea dezvoltarii unor progrese uriase in domeniul productiei industriale de bunuri. Vorbim despre aluminiu si aliajele sale! O caracteristicaminunata a acestui metal este faptul ca poate fi reciclat la infinit fara a se degrada. Un studiu recent arata ca din cele aproximativ 678 de milioane de tone de aluminiu produse la nivel global din 1888 pana in prezent, aproximativ 75% din cantitate este inca in uz. Conform studiilor efectuate in literatura de specialitate privind importanta reciclarii, aceasta evita emisiile directe cu efect de sera asociate cu productia aluminiului primar(tehnologia clasica Bayer) si o economisire a energiei de 95%. Cu o experienta de 30 ani in sectorul productiei aliajelor din aluminiu secundar, compania AS METAL este o prezenta semnificativa in industria de reciclare a deseurilor din aluminiu. Compania noastra recicleaza anual circa 23 000t deseuri din aluminiu fiind un important furnizor dematerii prime secundare catre industria prelucratoare. Parteneriatele dezvoltate cu Universitatea Politehnica Bucuresti - Facultatea de Stiinta a Materialelor, ne-au permis obtinerea de succese in domeniul cercetarii aplicate. In the Metal Show-TIB exhibitors’ palette, our company promotes a metal that from the moment of its discovery to the present day has given the possibility to develop huge advances in the industrial production of goods. We are talking about aluminium and its alloys! A wonderful feature of this metal is that it can be recycled indefinitely without degrading. A recent study shows that of the approximately 678 million tonnes of aluminium produced globally since 1888, about 75% of it is still in use. According to studies in the literature on the importance of recycling, it avoids direct greenhouse emissions associated with primary aluminiumproduction (classic Bayer technology) and saves 95% energy.
